Running (as well as music) is an emotional and personal passion. Everybody has a different taste in music. Many runners are looking for smashing running songs. With a wide range of pop, rock and dance we succeeded in preparing a mix that is supposed to motivate all runners.
On the first CD you will find titles ascending according to BPM (beats per minute). With these titels you can assemble your individual running playlist on your mp-3 player or just listen to that sweeping music in the car on your way to your next race.

Our 60 minutes playlist guarentees more variety. The titles were selected according to BPM (beats per minute) and will accompany you during the different running phases. Step one - the first few titles - is meant for warming up followed by step two - faster songs for pace-making. After that speed is slightly reduced again in a third step and finally there is the last title leading into the cool-down period.
